400 Days in a Row

400 straight days or running without missing a day. Today, I ran with someone else for the first time in the streak. My friend, Douglas Wise, ran five miles with me on the Bosque Trail in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We were awesome, two 70+ year old dudes rocking it on the river trail. We were so calm it didn't feel like we were running, it was more like we abided, or abode if you prefer, along the trail.
