My short short story, "The Stocking Raider" is available in the collection, "Scary Snippets: Christmas." I missed this one when it was published, but it's available in print and on Kindle at the following link. It's free to read on Kindle Unlimited.

Run Streak at 325 Days
Like the title says, 325 consecutive days and 1389 miles. That's 40 days until I have streak a year long and can register with the International Running Streak Organization. Currently, there are about 1800 people in the world with longer streaks, but only 2 in New Mexico.
Without dieting or drinking any less (or any more), my weight is at 154 pounds this morning. That's my lowest weight since my 2012 battle with throat cancer.
There's a line in a Todd Snider song, recorded by Robert Earl Keen," The right to run until I've gotta walk, until I've gotta crawl."
